Red Wine Caretos de Podence A partnership between Casa José Pedro and the Caretos de Podence, which aims to honor and promote the classified tradition, since 2019, as an immaterial cultural heritage of humanity -UNESCO. Vinification: The grapes from our fifth were deceived, starting fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24ºC. The internship is performed with half of the lot to internship in the barrels used of French oak, another half in stainless steel Cuba. Proof Notes: In this commemorative edition we intend to praise the transmontana culture, we present a classic and character wine. Sophisticated from the outset, a wine with dimension, flooded with a generous mix of fruity, dense and spicy aromas, silky texture, thin tannins and firm structure, demonstrating the character of the region.
