Type- Rosé Wine Region- Trás-os-Montes Castas- Touriga Nacional (100%) Test Note- In Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima selected the best grapes of the Touriga-National Caste to create our Rosé wine. From pink hue with red strings, it conjugates the aroma of fresh incarnate fruit, such as raspberry and currant, with a cooler side of field flowers, typical of the caste. In the mouth it is intense with wild profile and a crispy acidity that makes it gastronomic. It is a young wine with no stage where the varietal aromas stand out. Winemaker - Luís Cortinhas
