To search for a product, please use the search box, located in the header of the site. Fill in the
information you are looking for, if it is found on the site, it will be included in a list of compatible results.

NOTE: Images of the products shown may not correspond to the final product version.
Can a company place an order on the site?

Yes, CHL ON-LINE STORE (chlengenharia.shopmania.biz) also accepts orders from companies.
To receive an invoice with the correct information of your company, please enter all the requested 
data when registering or when finalizing the order.

What do I have to do to have the order sent to an address different from the one I placed in my
client account?

After adding the products to the cart, you will have the possibility to enter another address for the
delivery of the order.

Customer account management
I forgot the password. What should I do?

In this case, you must use the Recover password option, available on the Login page.

How can I change my account information?

To modify account data you must log in and choose the Update account option, available in the
My account section.

Do I have to have an account to buy?

To place an order on this site you must create a user account. This can be created after adding the
products to the cart.

Can I change the order after I finish it?

If you wish to modify your request, please contact us using the form Contact us through the
contacts available on the site (geral@chlengenharia.com). Please also indicate the ID of your order
that can be found in the Order Status section.

Can I view the history of my orders?

You can view order history in the Order status section of your account.
