All CHL customers are subject to the following conditions:
General
According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 and changes intruded by
Law 47/2014 of July 28.
The present Conditions of Sale detailed below, exclusively determine the contractual
relations between any user user of the site http://www.chlengenharia.pt or .com and the trader
CHL LOJA ON-LINE that belongs to the company CHL-J2, Lda, whose head office is located at
Rua Arq. Viana de Lima Nº 62A. 5300-678 BRAGANÇA, with taxpayer number 509038603.
In order to make purchases on the site you must accept the conditions described below:
The prices already include VAT and can be changed without prior notice.
CHL is not responsible for any errors in the prices published on the site and for the validity of the
technical descriptions of the products, as well as the photographs, since this information comes from
our suppliers. We constantly update the information in order to ensure that all our products have the
correct and updated information, thus minimizing any situations of possible errors that may occur.
The availability indicated in the articles may suffer changes due to any problems that occurred during
the transportation and delivery of the order or for a momentary rupture of stock, and the customer is
informed of these changes.
The data collected at the time of registration of the customer, are exclusively destined to the
processing of the possible order and its invoice and, never will be made available to third parties.
Warranty and Breakdowns
The guarantee of all products sold by CHL is exclusively established by the manufacturer of the
products and assumes their correct use according to their usage rules.
The duration of the guarantee may be changed unilaterally by the manufacturer and may also vary
according to the type of product and its use (eg articles for professional use may have a 1-year
warranty if the manufacturer so determines).
Damaged equipment that is sent to CHL without prior notice will not be accepted. All requests for
technical assistance must be requested by the Client Area of the site, through the options available
to do so.
The fault repair period depends exclusively on the manufacturer or the entity designated by the
manufacturer to perform the repair. CHL will not be responsible for any repair times and should be the
customer to contact the official manufacturer / repairer.
In case of a warranty failure, the cost of sending the defective product is the responsibility of the
customer.
CHL will provide all information (address and telephone) necessary so that the customer can
establish contact with the manufacturer / representative, thus ensuring the guarantee to the customer.
It will be necessary to present the invoice issued by CHL, as well as any manuals and accessories of
the product, so that the guarantee is correctly validated with the manufacturer / representative.
All names, logos and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners.
If the manufacturer of the item purchased at CHL does not have a representative or repairer in
Portugal or the country where it was sold, the customer must notify the CHL so that we can supply
the manufacturer or repairer with the guarantee, however it will continue to responsibility of the
manufacturer.
The products sent to CHL must be accompanied by the invoice, manuals, accessories and original
packaging. In case of confirmation of the fault, the product will be repaired or replaced with an equal
one.

Consumer Information
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the NATIONAL CENTER FOR INFORMATION
AND ARBITRATION OF CONSUMER CONFLICTS, with a website at

Campus Campus 1099 - 032 Lisbon.
